I've Seen What AI Can Do to a Business. Both Ways.

I'm Antonio Thornton, known as The Profit Engineer. I'm based in Atlanta.

I've been in direct response marketing since 1994, and I've been a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer since 1998. So I've spent 30 years on both sides of the table: the marketing that brings money in, and the systems that keep a business running.

I've built 13 businesses across 19 industries. Across 250,000+ entrepreneurs served, I trace more than $113 million in client revenue back to that work.

Today I'm a Chief AI Officer, and I run three AI services companies: Vircaio for corporations, Aixios for mid-size businesses, and Market Well AI for wellness centers and wellness professionals.

Here's the part I don't lead with. I once led an AI implementation that eliminated hundreds of call-center jobs. That experience is why I build responsible AI now: AI that makes people more capable instead of making them unnecessary.

I'm pro-AI. Very. But AI is a power tool, not a hand tool. On a solid foundation, it multiplies what you can do. On a shaky one, it multiplies the problems. That's why everything I do starts with the same rule: Fix the Foundation First.

I say all that to say... you don't need more AI apps. You need to know which part of your business to fix first, and what AI should run once it's fixed. That's what the audit is for.
